A word on body insecurities + the camera

✨many clients get in front of my camera & shrivel up with insecurity “I don’t do well in front of the camera, I don’t know what to do with my body.” Or they tell me this before we ever even meet in person!

Here’s something: part of my job is knowing how to pose you, attempt to make you laugh, empower you into feeling safe.

A commitment I made long ago was to make sure I am posing each client in their unique bodies as flattering as possible.

BUT FRIENDS…

All bodies change.
No body is the same.
Bodies are meant to squish & bend & fold & grow & shrink.

Your body is your soul’s home. And @jennakutcher once taught me years ago that our bodies are the least interesting thing about us.

This is just your reminder that you are so much more than your body.

*and also* I’ll make sure to pose you in a variety of ways 🖤🖤🖤
