Headshot Session in Local Portland Coffee Shop

Nicole came looking for some updated headshots as she is rebranding herself and the next chapter of her career. She thought this transition point would be a great time for a session, and she was right!

Nicole is an integrated communications and public relations professional and also a mom. With motherhood comes a lot of coffee :) She thought doing her session in a coffee shop would be a good fit, also because she is frequently working remote and on her computer, which works well to showcase in a coffee shop location.

I love what Nicole shared with me before her session in regards to working together. She let me know that she was entrusting me to guide her to tell her what to do to seem natural as she can be her worst critic when it comes to photos of herself. We really focused on high energy photos with laughter and smiling as that pulled out the true, natural Nicole.

Her session took place at Nova Coffee in NE Portland.
