There is a clientele for every business

This is my family. We've shifted a lot. We've lost a lot, we've gained a lot, we've grown.

This doesn't have every single kid I've mothered represented, or the men I've built + shifted this family with.

But it represents so much. It has Me, Sage, Ira, Kahlil. Two angel babes who were born to heaven, and another baby peg for AB, the daughter we were adopting.

When I asked my friend Joh if her sister could make me a set of pegs I didn't even care how much she was going to say it cost, because I know how important these things are.

My kids love seeing themselves and their varying skin tones represented all over our house in a variation of ways.

Having the additional pegs representing siblings who we planned on knowing forever, but said goodbye so soon, helps create space for conversations + processing.

Maybe you're business is creating an incredibly meaningful product or offering a helpful, healing service.

There is a clientele/customer base for literally everything, and there are people who won't bat an eye at what your rates are, because what you offer is meaningful. It's what they've been looking for. It's exactly what they needed.

Get back to the core of why you're doing what you're doing.

I don't know why Tashina makes peg people to represent families, but what I do know is that being able to custom order things that match my diverse family is not easy to come by.

Your clients have a need, a desire, a longing— what is it?

Show them how you'll solve it.
