🌟Give your clients prompts: ask them specific questions to answer
🌟Send a direct link to your Facebook & Google review pages
🌟Make it as easy as possible for your clients!
Potential prompts:
✔️How was the communication & customer service before, during, after?
✔️How was the product/service/experience itself?
✔️Was the delivery meet your expectations & what was promised?
✔️How did xyz make you feel?
✔️Were there any specific results from purchasing/using xyz?
✔️Did _business name_ go above and beyond?
✔️Would you recommend xyz to a friend?
